Food Service Committee Application

The Food Service Committee, made up of students, helps to monitor food quality, provide feedback from the campus community, as well as be a voice for the campus community.

Appointments to the committee are for one academic year.

Requirements

Committee members are expected to do the following:

  • Eat at Cypress Lake Dining Hall at least once per week
  • Eat at a retail location at least twice per week
    • Starbucks
    • Café Fleur de Lis
    • Jazzman’s
    • Ragin Cajun Food Court
    • McAlister’s
    • Smoothie King
    • Smoothie King (Rec Center) 
    • Chick fil A
  • Complete a survey each time that a meal swipe or declining balance is used
  • Attend a bi-weekly meeting with other Food Service Committee members and representatives of the University’s food service provider, Sodexo
